How long will it take for the items I purchase to be dispatched?
Orders will be dispatched the next business day. During the Christmas an New Year period any orders placed between 21st December and 2nd January will be dispatched from the 3rd January.

Can I change my order details after it’s been placed?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, in most situations we are able to alter the contents of the order if stock is available and we can amend any personal details, such as your shipping address.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay and Zipmoney.

Where can I purchase your saddles, why can’t I buy one online?
Saddles are available from our Saddleworld stores nationwide. We don’t sell saddles online as we recommend you sit in the saddle and have a Professional Saddle Fitter from Saddleworld fit the saddle to ensure it is the right saddle for you and your horse.

There are items shown online but I can only purchase them instore, why?
Some items are either too bulky or may fall under dangerouse goods (eg flammable) and cannot be shipped or are too costly to send.  These items are made available to you via our Saddleworld stores so that you still have access to what you need.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards. Saddleworld Gift crads can ONLY be used INSTORE and NOT online. Please note these are sent via Australia Post standard mail and will take approx 10 days from dispatch.  Saddleworld Gift Cards are also available to purchase instore.

My item is faulty or I received the wrong item, what can I do?
We are so sorry to hear this - let's get this fixed as quickly as possible.
